conforming design is already optimum, then our services shall be free of charge.
We apply Concrete Value Engineering through Structural Design Optimisation Techniques Plus Advanced Concrete Technology. We go deep into methods and approaches in structural analysis and structural design to optimise in accordance to British Standards and Euro Codes resulting in savings without compromising safety. Examples are like:
‐ Piling–through Raft Foundations or Piled Raft Foundation with fewer piles
‐ Reinforced concrete for foundation, sub structure and superstructure–through optimisation
Where savings of 25%-35% in piling, foundation, substructure, and super structure is possible. This may translate into to 10% to 15% of savings on the total construction cost.
