We go deep into methods and approaches in structural analysis and structural design to optimise in accordance to British Standards and Euro Codes resulting in savings without compromising safety. Examples are like:
Piling–through Raft Foundations or Piled Raft Foundation with fewer piles
Reinforced concrete for foundation, sub structure and superstructure–through optimisation
Where savings of 25%-35% in piling, foundation, substructure, and super structure is possible. This may translate into to 10% to 15% of savings on the total construction cost.
